Peppermint Cookies

The following recipe is a Tupper favourite. Everytime Emily goes home, her grandma sends her back to Montreal with a tupperware (how fitting) full of peppermint cookies. Katie and I have to restrain ourselves everytime we go into the freezer because they're just that good. After not being able to resist one second longer, I made my own batch. They're easy to make and so cute. The only downfall is the that the dough has to sit in the fridge overnight taunting us, but believe me, they are worth the wait! Thanks Grandma Neufeld!
