Just Keep Running

This is what I discovered and ran through today-Westmount Park. Everywhere I looked couples were enjoying picnics, musicians were strumming guitars, children were playing on the playground, kids were running around on the soccer field, bikers were biking... and everyone was happy, including me. It was absolutely gorgeous and I smiled the whole time. Needless to say, I will be running more often. Especially since Kinsey may have convinced me to run a 15k in August! (but more on that later).
